Chief Executive Officer

Tony Elias

Tony Elias is an automotive, manufacturing, and automation executive with more than 38 years of experience spanning engineering, quality, program management, vehicle development, and intelligent automation. Before leading Alfa ITG, Tony held senior leadership positions at Chrysler/DaimlerChrysler and served as Chief Executive Officer of Valiant TMS. At Alfa ITG, he leads the company’s strategic direction and the development of integrated automation and Industrial AI solutions. Tony holds an MBA from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
Paul Elachkar

Executive Vice President, Operations

Paul Elachkar

Paul Elachkar is an automotive and manufacturing executive with more than three decades of experience spanning skilled trades, engineering, program management, manufacturing, launch, and executive operations. Before joining Alfa ITG, he served as Vice President of North American Operations for a Global Automation Company and later Vice President of Manufacturing at Canoo. Paul leads operational execution, manufacturing strategy, customer programs, and the delivery of integrated automation solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in the Mechatronics stream from the University of Windsor, where he graduated with distinction.
Jean-Marie Evrard

Vice President, Research & Development

Jean-Marie Evrard

Jean-Marie Evrard is an international technology and operations executive with experience across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. He brings broad technical knowledge, business development expertise, and a strong background in operational leadership. Recognized for advancing new technologies and developing practical lean solutions, Jean-Marie is also an effective team builder who values collaboration, mentorship, and the transfer of knowledge. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and a BTS in Bureau d’Études from France, equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Director, Research and Development

Dr. Faraz Talebpour

Dr. Faraz Talebpour is an engineering and technology leader with a background spanning electronics, wireless communications, signal processing, automotive simulation, and artificial intelligence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, a Master of Science in Wireless Communications, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor. Faraz also conducted research as a visiting scientist at the University of Heidelberg in Germany. As Director of Research and Development at Alfa ITG, he leads the research, design, and development of the company’s Industrial AI platforms and software solutions.

Director, Investor Relations

Fadi Sadik

Fadi Sadik brings a multidisciplinary background spanning automotive engineering, sales, commercial real estate, consulting, and investment banking. He began his career at Aptiv, where he worked in engineering and sales supporting the design, manufacturing, and implementation of vehicle wiring systems for General Motors across operations in the United States and Mexico. He later expanded his experience into commercial real estate, strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and capital placement. Fadi holds a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College.

Chief Financial Officer

Karri Bannach

Karri Bannach is a finance and human resources professional with more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, tax coordination, payroll, benefits, and business systems. Throughout her career at Dynamic Corporation, she progressed into senior financial leadership and ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the organization’s financial operations, banking, accounting, payroll, human resources, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Karri also has extensive experience with corporate restructuring, financial planning, and accounting-system implementation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hope College.

Director, Business Development

Anthony Elias

Anthony Elias is a business development and strategic account leader with experience across the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. His background combines technical sales, customer relations, project management, manufacturing, quality, and program execution, with experience developing new business and managing complex customer programs for major OEM and aerospace organizations. Before joining Alfa ITG, Anthony held strategic account and business development roles supporting advanced automation, tooling, fabrication, and manufacturing programs. At Alfa ITG, he brings this technical and commercial experience to the company’s business development efforts. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University.

Sarah Steele

Sarah Steele serves as Chief of Staff at Alfa ITG, supporting executive leadership and coordinating priorities across the organization. She works across teams to translate strategic direction into practical execution, align stakeholders, and maintain progress on company initiatives and day-to-day business priorities. Her role supports communication, planning, organizational coordination, and follow-through across Alfa ITG as the company continues to grow.
